Joiners – use social networking sites

Inactives – are online but do not yet participate in any social media
Questions to ask yourself before taking the plunge into Social Media:
- Are my customers using these sites and how are they using them?
- Do I have the necessary skills and time?
- How will I get my return on investment?
- What is my strategy for using social media?
The good news is that it does not have to be as much work as you think, the biggest job is identifying your strategy and setting up the accounts and there is more good news, you can sync up accounts so they feed into one another and there are lots of aps and online tools to make your life that bit easier.
